CAUTIONS FOR CONSUMER?ˉS DAILY OPERATIONS

I. The heat distributors are applicable to water of 7-12pH value, and oxygen rate (O2 ?ü0.1mg/L),chlorine ion rate (C1 ?ü120mg/L), and shall be kept water-full for maintenance when idle.

II. During their operation, there may be air accumulated inside, thus blocking the heat distribution. To release the air inside, unscrew the clog valve until the water flows out, and then screw the clog.

III. Frozen intermedium in the heat distributor may cause damage to the device. Therefore, in light of protection, the water inside shall be kept above 0??to avoid freezing when the heating system stops working or when the inlet valve is closed.

IV. For surface protection, the heat distributor can only be cleaned on the surface with wet soft cloth or a brush and the cleanser shall be free from any erosive ingredients.

V. No one other than qualified technicians should disamble the heat distributor. Always avoid bumping, or contact with hard or sharp articles.

VI. The rated working pressure is 0.8mpa for aluminum pipes, 1.0mpa for steel pipes with aluminum wings, and 1.2mpa for steel pipes respectively, and the testing pressures, as stipulated in the relative state regulations, shall be 1.5 times of these parameters.

CAUTIONS FOR CONSUMER IN INSTALLATION

I. The heat distributor is to be installed and maintained by qualified technicians in accordance with the installing instructions packed together with the device.

II. The protective film should not be taken off in installation, so as not to scrap or damage the surface painting.

III. Check and ensure correct positions and dimensions in installation. The wall shall be reliable for 3 times the weight of the heat distributor.

IV. Coat with lead oil the threads of the screw clog and the outlet valve evenly, and wrap them with some cotton rope or hemp in their sequential direction. Make sure the threads match well before screwing the clog and the outlet valve with an instrument. Be sure to screw slowly at first stages so as not to damage the threads of the heat distributor.

V. Locate the bottom hook first, then adjust it to proper position before putting on the fastening device, and make sure the heat distributor weighs even and stands firm.

VI. A valve is required for the inlet pipe, the circulating pipe and the hot water inlet pipe respectively.

VII. The inlet and outlet pipes shall remain in alignment with the center line of the heat distributor, or it will be difficult to install the device without causing damage to it.

VIII. When the device is well installed, conduct some pressure tests to avoid leaking of water or air.

WARRANTY

For all problems concerning the quality of the heat distributors (i.e. the raw materials and the manufacturing), Hengxing guarantees refunding or replacement in 3 years since consumer?ˉs purchase. But the following cases shall be excluded in the warranty:

• Damages and/or losses caused by consumer(s) ?ˉ violation of the instructions for installation and maintenance ;
• Damages and/or losses caused by consumer(s)?ˉ replaced parts or consumer(s)?ˉ bumping of the heat distributor;
• Damages and/or losses caused by consumer(s)?ˉ purposeful destruction(s);
• Damages and/or losses caused by force majeure such as (but not limitied to) earthquake, flood, fire and freezing, etc.

NOTES ON PURCHASING

• Goods are available from stock in 1-7 days after ordering;
• Choose proper models according to your local water quality;
• The uniform painting of Hengxing products is 6143 white; for other colors the final products will govern;
• No refunding is available for products of special types and/or colors;
• Please read our Contract for Purchasing and Maintenance before deciding on the purchase of our heat distributor and choose the proper installation stuff as stipulated in the Contract.
• Please specify the model, specifications, center distance, working pressure and color for the heat distributor to be purchased.
• Please contact your local dealers for the Contract for Purchasing and Maintenance before making the purchase or placing the order of our heat distributors.

NOTES ON RE-INSPECTION

Upon unpackaging, check and make sure of the model, color and smooth surface painting without (wihtout any scape) and all the accessories included. Please note that each unit is attached with the following standard accessories: air outlet valve (1 pc), clog (1 pc), top and bottom hooks (3pcs/set), special plastic hooking devices for shower only (3pcs/set)
